happy, happy tuesday!

last monday i hosted my seasonal "frolic into fall" teleclass and was delighted to receive these 2 images from participants amanda and sarah. the first one is from amanda's art journal and contains the 8 leaves we discussed for frolicing into fall. j'adore! the second one sarah created with the poem by marianne williamson that i closed with coupled with an image of the adorable audrey. darling! thought you, too, may be inspired by their creativity! mark your calendars, our next seasonal teleclass is "new year, new you" on january 3.

how do *you* plan to frolic into fall? moi? find a comfortable schedule that balances my various roles and indulge in self-care along the way while donning tall boots and being fully present. voila!
