one of my new year's resolutions is to have more fun while getting my sweat on. like a lot of people, i delight in the calm stillness that immediately follows a challenging yoga practice or hard run. the tricky part is finding the motivation to rise up from the comfort of my couch and get moving.set the mood for exercise
have a love for purses? tote a girlie gym bag
that is both functional and cute. need extra support? combine a motivating mantra with a good sports bra
to embrace yourself inside and out. get thirsty during workout? hydrate often with an eco-friendly water bottle

if you are lucky enough to live near mountains, pick up a warm & stylish jacket
and try an early-morning snowboarding lesson. take a few laps at the local ymca in this comic-strip inspired swimsuit
